Dunleavy Jr. , Mike
Mike Dunleavy, Jr. is the son of former NBA player Mike Dunleavy, Sr. who is also an NBA coach. Mike Dunleavy, Jr. played high school basketball at Beaverton's Jesuit High School where he was a guard/forward. He was All-State both years (1998 & 1999) at Jesuit and was the Oregonian Player of the Year in 1999. His senior year he led Jesuit to the state title and averaged 22.9 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.7 steals.
After high school he played college basketball for Duke (1999-2002), and was an All-ACC selection as well as an All American. During his career at Duke he was one of the school's most prolific scorers having scored 1,371 career points. He was selected 3rd overall in the first round of the 2002 NBA draft by the Golden State Warriors, and played for the Warriors until he was traded to the Indiana Pacers in 2007.
