Clemens , Kellen
Kellen Clemens is a native of Burns, Oregon where he led the Burns Hilanders to the State 3-A football title as their quarterback in 1999. He was a 3-time First Team All-Greater Oregon League selection, the Oregonian newspaper selected him First Team All-State, USA Today recognized him as an All-American, and he was voted the Oregon Gatorade Player of the Year. Recognized as one of the top high school quarterback prospects in the country he accepted a football scholarship to the University of Oregon in 2001.

He redshirted his first year at Oregon and during his career from 2002 to 2005 he passed for 7,555 yards and 61 touchdowns despite the fact that he missed three games his senior year due to a broken ankle. Clemens was selected by the New York Jets in the second round of the 2006 NFL draft, and during the 2007 season he became a starting quarterback for the Jets.
