Grim , Bob
Bob Grim was born in 1945 and played wide receiver for Oregon State University's football team from 1964 to 1966. Grim's outstanding career is highlighted by a 1965 Rose Bowl appearance, the 1966 Coaches All-American Bowl, College All-Star Game, East-West Shrine Game and Senior Bowl. In 1967, Grim was drafted in the second round by the Minnesota Vikings. He played with the Vikings from 1967-71 and 1976-77. Grim also played with the Giants from 1972-75 and part of 1975 with the Bears. He was a Pro Bowl selection in 1971 and finished with a career 194 receptions, 2,914 yards receiving, 15 yards per reception and 16 touchdowns. Additionally, he had 8 career rushes for 137 yards. He was elected to the State of Oregon Sports Hall of Fame in 1990 and the Oregon State University Sports Hall of Fame in 1991.
